A high-quality electrical power supply system was successfully implemented for a transformer substation and cable line network (HTP + CDKSh) located at a key central road junction in Ulaanbaatar city.

The facility, situated at GEM PALACE next to UB Palace, east of West 4 Crossroad in Bayangol District, Ulaanbaatar, is a mixed-use commercial building for retail, services, and office operations.

Since its commissioning in 2019, the facility has been operating without any disruptions or technical issues, supporting continuous commercial, service, and office activities.
